How do we book?
A signed contract and retainer officially reserve your date on my calendar.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Final galleries are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks.
Do you travel for sessions?
Yes, travel is included within 50 miles round-trip. Locations beyond 50 miles round-trip are subject to a flat $75 travel fee. For locations exceeding 100 miles, a custom travel quote may be required.
What should we wear?
Choose outfits that coordinate rather than match exactly. Neutral and earthy tones photograph beautifully and keep the focus on your family. After booking, I'll send a style guide with helpful tips.
Can we choose our location?
Yes! You're welcome to choose a location that's meaningful to your family, or if you'd like suggestions, I'm happy to recommend some of my favorite outdoor locations throughout Southern California.
What if my kids won't sit still?
That's completely okay! I expect little ones to be energetic and curious. Rather than forcing poses, I work at their pace and capture genuine smiles, laughter, and authentic moments that reflect your family naturally.
Can we bring pets?
Absolutely! Well-behaved pets are always welcome to join your family session. Just let me know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
Do you help with posing?
Absolutely. My wife and I will guide you through natural, comfortable posing while also capturing candid moments so your gallery feels genuine, relaxed, and true to your family.
What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?
If weather conditions make it unsafe or unsuitable for your session, we'll gladly reschedule for the next available date at no additional cost.
What if someone is running late?
Please let me know as soon as possible. I'll do my best to accommodate, but arriving late may reduce the amount of shooting time available.
